"Customer service were just okay"
They was slow getting back to me, which was annoying, but they did end up fixing my issue in the end

"So far, so good for my sensitive skin"
I started using 111Skin a few weeks ago, i was nervous at first because my skin can react to almost anything. After the first couple of uses, I kept waiting for redness or a random breakout, but nothing weird happened. By the end of the first week, my face actually felt softer, and the texture didn’t feel heavy or greasy at all. It’s not easy for me to find skincare that my skin gets along with, so I’m really glad this one has worked out.

"Decent packaging, but I’ve seen better"
My 111Skin order showed up fine and nothing was damaged, so no real complaints there. Compared to other skincare brands I’ve ordered from, though, the packaging felt a little oversized for what was inside and had more filler than it probably needed. It looked nice enough, but it didn’t feel as sturdy or premium as I expected for the price. Overall, it did the job, just didn’t really stand out...

I do really like the ingredient list, it just feels a bit more intentional than a lot of skincare I’ve tried, if that makes sense. My skin feels good after I use it too, which is obviously the main thing. I just keep looking at the price and thinking, okay, I like you, but do you have to cost this much? Overall I’m happy with it, just wish it was a little easier on the wallet.

"Refund was a bit slow"
I returned one item because it just didn’t work for my skin. The return itself was approved without any drama, but the refund took longer than I expected. I was going to say it was frustrating, and it was a little, but it wasn’t the worst thing ever since I only had to follow up once. I do like the products overall, I just wish the return process was a bit smoother.

"I’m glad I gave it a try"
I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, and my skin does seem a lot calmer and a bit brighter. It wasn’t an overnight change, but I noticed a nice difference over time. I’d say it’s worth considering if your skin needs something gentle.

"Absolutely too expensive for what it is"
The products are nice, sure, but I’m completely convinced they’re nowhere near worth the price I paid. Like, not even close. I wanted to love them, but for that much money, I expected way more.

"Texture and scent just weren’t for me"
I didn’t love the texture. It felt a little heavy on my skin. Like it just sat there instead of sinking in. I could still feel it hours later.
The scent wasn’t my favorite either. It wasn’t super strong. But it was kind of perfumey and odd for a face product. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot nicer

"Showed up fast, surprisingly no problems"
My order got here quickly and everything was packed just fine. i was half expecting something to be missing or banged up like what tends to happen with some companies, but this one arrived without any issues.
